LIVE! Summer 2017! with Mary Gunther, CCNL, Chief Operating Officer, ICC 3 Ways to More Time and Energy is designed to mentor adults. Learn to coach yourself in order to grow yourself. The goal: to become a healthy mentor, a whole person integrated in body, mind, and emotions. This course takes the concepts of calm, balance, and focus, introduced in ICC101, and examines them in depth with a personal approach.
